- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆By the looks of all the reviews, I have to agree that the cutomer service is not good based on a phone conversation - when I asked the how much for a notary, the African American lady that answered the phone said: what do you mean? I explained that I needed a document notarized, and she replied "it's $5 a signature "..it's further explained that one of my documents have two place for the notary to sign, but requires one stamp. She never let me finish explaining my concern before she got tired of listening and hung up the call. I call back and she forwarded my calls to voice mail.
